Three tools, one coherent toolkit: schedule-risk input validation, cost-risk Monte Carlo inside Excel, and a forthcoming in-house QSRA modelling engine. Built by practitioners, calibrated on live UK infrastructure programmes.
Desktop, local-first
No cloud, no telemetry, no third-party data processing. Built around the reality that defence and nuclear clients cannot host schedule and cost data in a third-party cloud.
Calibrated
Not ported from generic IMS templates. Methodology tuned on production QSRAs across National Highways, Network Rail, nuclear AGR and defence-estate work.
Defensible
Findings map back to source rows in the XER or register. Every report stamps the methodology version used, so outputs stand up under client, ONR or NAO review.
The toolkit
Use them individually or as a set. SOMA QSRA Validator clears the inputs; SOMA QCRA handles cost risk alongside; SOMA QSRA Modelling (in build) will close the loop on schedule-risk simulation for in-house work.

Desktop input validator for Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis. Runs DCMA 14-point, CIOB PP21, Acumen Fuse SQI and the flagship SOMA QSRA Readiness framework (25 weighted checks across 5 domains). Produces a RAG-banded scorecard, SOMA-branded Excel report, and Safran-ready flat-file exports.

Excel add-in (.xlam) that runs Monte Carlo over a live cost estimate. Three-point distributions, correlation, P-value reporting, tornado charts, SOMA-branded report. Built as an add-in because cost inputs already live in estimators' workbooks — no round-tripping, no data exports, no separate modelling tool to learn.

Planned capabilities: S-curves (cost and schedule, pre- and post-mitigation), P10 / P50 / P80 / P90 reporting, tornado and sensitivity analysis, risk contribution tables, narrative report generation, and correlation-matrix support.
